and this means that we've been in turkey for three years now....

and three is a magic number!

I am back

It's been a long time since I last visited... I was supposed to give this blog up and start a new one, but recently something reminded me of it and made me feel all sentimental and teary and to really miss it, so instead I decided to resurrect it and start blogging here again.

Don't panic!

i've decided that it's time to say goodbye to this blog.
but don't panic. I'm in the process of creating a new one and will post a link to it soon (when I say I'm in the process of creating it, it means I'm sort of still thinking about it...hahahaha)

today is our 2nd anniversary of arriving to Turkey!!!!

WOW!!!!

Kemal managed to get a morning off and it meant that we could finally go together to a nearby Sunday farmers market for a real turkish breakfast - something Kemal had wished to do for almost two years!

and who's who?
i got to be Kemal for a while, Kemal got to be Ola, Ola got to be Sylwia and Sylwia got to be me!
we had so much fun together. the whole week with Ola and Sylwia staying with us was just awesome! and so much good came out of it! it continues to be awesome....
whenever i think about MOSK i just burst out laughing and cannot stop! we had so much fun, remembering it all makes me happy no matter what! and i finally got it that life is all about those little moments, full of laughter, full of enjoyment of being in a good company, full of feeling good and knowing that life is good. life is good. and it's good to have someone to remind us of it. often. that's what friends are for.
and oh it's good.
